Bedroom layout: master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and lake view; room 2 with 2 queen beds and private bathroom; room 3 with a queen bed; room 4 with 2 twin beds; room 5 with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed.
House rule: no visitors allowed without the host's permission.
Guest Requirements: All guests must submit valid IDs before arrival (no check-in otherwise).
Check-in: 4:00 PM Eastern. Check-out: 11:00 AM Eastern. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
Check-ins after 10 pm: $25 fee. After 12 am: $75 fee.
