Welcome to Villa Chic, a remodeled 4-bedroom Miami villa with space for the whole group. This professionally furnished home sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 9 beds, with 2 full bathrooms, and everything is brand new.
Spend relaxing afternoons by the private pool, surrounded by gorgeous trees with plenty of seating. The open kitchen and dining area handle group meals with ease, the pool lounge keeps everyone outside, and the private movie theater plus club room take care of the evenings. Private parking is included.
The location is hard to beat: about 10 miles to the Fort Lauderdale airport, 10 miles to Hollywood beach, and 5 miles to Hard Rock Stadium.
Please note: the pool is not heated. No parties allowed. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. We leave an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels and do not replenish during your stay.
Guest Requirements: All guests must submit valid IDs before arrival (no check-in otherwise).
Check-in: 4:00 PM Eastern. Check-out: 11:00 AM Eastern. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
Check-ins after 10 pm: $25 fee. After 12 am: $75 fee.
Cancellation policy: Firm. Booking is request-based and every request is reviewed before approval. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Deposit: $0.
