420 Friendly Rules of This Home This is a 420 friendly vacation rental in Hollywood, Florida. Cannabis consumption is welcome outside only, on the patio, by the pool or on the balcony. Never inside the house. Smoking of any kind inside is strictly prohibited and carries a fee under the house rules below. Please follow Florida law, respect the neighbors, and keep quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Welcome to Lincoln Street Vibe, a modern luxury mansion built for one large group to stay together in style. About 5,000 square feet of living space, eight bedrooms and room for 16 guests, minutes from Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk, and an easy drive to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Inside, the open main floor brings the whole group together: a bright living room with a large sectional and TV, a dining area for real sit down dinners, and a white chef's kitchen with an island, double oven and everything needed to cook for a crowd. A dedicated workspace, fast WiFi, washer and dryer, and TVs throughout keep a long stay easy. Sleeping is set up for families and groups. Two bedrooms have king beds, the rest are queens, including two bedrooms with two queen beds each, plus a full bunk bed room the kids will fight over. Five bathrooms keep mornings moving, with a jacuzzi tub to end the day. The backyard is the reason to book. A screened pool with a slide and play equipment for the kids, an outdoor jacuzzi, a covered lanai with seating, and an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area for long afternoons that turn into evenings. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, and pool heaters cannot run when the outside temperature drops below 65 degrees. And when the sun goes down, the garage game room opens up: pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey and arcade games, plus a second hangout space for the group that never wants the night to end. KFE Management also offers concierge help on request for add on experiences like yacht charters, a private chef or restaurant reservations. House Rules and Fees Check in 4 PM, check out 10 AM. The primary renter must be 25 or older and a guest 25 or older must be present for the whole stay. All guests must provide valid ID before arrival, no ID means no check in. Parties, events and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM, no outdoor music during quiet hours. Pets are allowed under the host's conditions: clean up after your pet (a $150 fee applies if you do not), pets stay off furniture and beds, and pets are crated when left alone. Cleaning fee $812. Refundable damage deposit $500, with additional deposit terms for holiday bookings, local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival and short stays, confirmed with the host before arrival. Indoor smoking fee and damage charges apply per the host's rules if the inside smoking ban is broken. Four parking spots in the driveway, the garage is the game room and is not for parking.
