Peaceful, green and wide open, it is the reset your group has been looking for, with Clematis Street and CityPlace dining and nightlife an easy drive away. The backyard centers on a screened heated pool and spa with a sun shelf, lounge chairs and a covered daybed, strung with lights for the evening hours. There is a BBQ grill, a big lawn under the palms, and parking for up to 5 cars. Inside the main house, 5 bedrooms pair bold designer wallpaper with plush beds: three kings, one two queen room and one queen. The guest house adds 3 more bedrooms of its own, a king, a two queen room and a queen, with its own living space. Five renovated bathrooms run from black herringbone tile to a glass master shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, smart TVs with Roku sit in every bedroom, and fast WiFi covers the estate. Good to know: pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees, per the home's equipment limits. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and a valid ID is required from all guests before arrival.
