Welcome to 14th Way Vibe, a luxury designer home in Dania Beach wrapped in a lush tropical garden, minutes from Dania Beach Pier and the Hard Rock. Behind the gates you get a private resort backyard and two full game rooms, with hotel quality bedrooms across two levels.
The backyard is the showpiece: a freeform pool with a raised hot tub, sun loungers on the lawn, pod chairs and a fire table on the paver patio, alfresco dining, a BBQ grill and a playground area for the kids, all screened by tall palms.
Inside, the circular conversation lounge sits under soaring two story windows, and the chef kitchen pairs black cabinetry with marble counters, an induction cooktop, double ovens and a wine fridge. The dining room seats ten with four more at the breakfast bar. The game rooms run four tables deep: air hockey, shuffleboard, table tennis and foosball, plus a separate pool table room. Five lavish bathrooms include a primary bath with a jetted tub, and the laundry has a washer and dryer.
Good to know: parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles on site. Pets are welcome. Pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and a valid ID is required from all guests before arrival.
