Welcome to Hollywood Boulevard Vibe, an upscale single level retreat on Hollywood Boulevard, a 15 minute walk from Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk. Twelve guests sleep across six bedrooms with eight real beds and four bathrooms, in a bright open plan home finished in soft grays and marble look tile.
The backyard is the main event: a kidney shaped pool with a hot tub, a screened lanai with lounge seating and game tables, a fire pit for the evening wind down, a putting green running down the side yard, and a BBQ grill by the lawn. Inside, the game room runs air hockey and arcade games, the living room sectional faces a big screen, the chef kitchen has a waterfall island, and a dual monitor workspace keeps remote work easy.
Good to know: parking fits 3 to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM per city ordinance. Pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and a valid ID is required from all guests before arrival.
