Welcome to Funston Street Vibe, a modern single level 4 bedroom home in Hollywood, minutes from the beach and the Broadwalk. Eight guests get four bedrooms, four real beds and three bathrooms in a bright open plan layout with wood look floors throughout.
The backyard packs a lot in: a heated pool with a jacuzzi, a fire pit seating area made for sunset sessions, a putting green on the lawn, patio dining under the umbrella and loungers for the whole group. Inside, the game room runs foosball, air hockey and arcade cabinets, the kitchen island seats the cooks' audience, and a dual monitor workspace keeps remote work painless.
Good to know: quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. Pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and a valid ID is required from all guests before arrival.
