Welcome to Southlake Vibe, a luxury lakefront mansion on North Southlake Drive in Hollywood, a 7 minute walk from the beach. Fourteen guests get seven bedrooms, nine real beds and five bathrooms across two floors of marble, glass and water views.
The covered loggia is the heart of the house: a deep sectional facing the glowing pool, with a fire pit on the deck and the private dock just beyond the lawn. Inside, the great room pairs a chef kitchen with a formal dining table for the whole group, and the game room runs a pool table, foosball and shuffleboard. Upstairs, the primary suite opens to a balcony over the water, and its spa bath has a freestanding soaking tub.
Good to know: parking fits up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM per city ordinance. Pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and a valid ID is required from all guests before arrival.
