Built in 2018 in downtown Stuart's historic Old Town, this elegant 6BR mansion layers reclaimed 1800s barn wood floors, a double height great room and a courtyard pool with a raised soaking spa into one of the Treasure Coast's most polished group stays. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the patio, balcony and in the yard areas. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Six bedrooms sleep 14: three kings, one queen, one twin room and one room with two twins, with four full bathrooms (the source text says three full baths plus additional facilities; the draft carries the booking page count of 4). The great room soars to a second floor gallery, the kitchen runs two islands with wicker stools, and the master suite hides a wine refrigerator and ice maker. Roku TVs, washer and dryer, and fast WiFi throughout. OUTSIDE The courtyard centers on the pool and tiled soaking spa, with a fire feature for night swims. The covered lanai is a full summer kitchen and dining room with a wood ceiling, grill and lounge seating. A private balcony and terrace overlook the palms. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Old Town Stuart's shops, galleries, restaurants and the Lyric Theatre are minutes away. The beach is about a 13 minute drive, and free parking fits up to 5 cars. GOOD TO KNOW Commercial filming is not permitted. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, last minute bookings and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming or photo shoots • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
