Completely updated and made for family time, this 5BR Hollywood home opens through a wall of sliders to a big private pool deck, with a chef's kitchen, a playground lawn and the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk a short ride away. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the patio, balcony and in the yard areas. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Five bedrooms sleep 10 across seven beds, with three renovated bathrooms including a black and white marble showpiece. The open living room runs a long sectional and wall mounted TV, the dining table seats eight with the pool in view, and the black and white chef's kitchen carries stainless appliances and a long island. THE BACKYARD A large heated pool anchors the deck, with loungers, a shaded dining set and a grill. Kids get a playground with swings and a slide on the lawn. Pool heat note: external heaters cannot run when outside temperatures fall below 65 degrees. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Hollywood Beach and its 2.5 mile Broadwalk, the Anne Kolb Nature Center and Le Tub are all close, with trolleys, buses and rideshares nearby. Parking is limited to 3 cars in the driveway. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming or photo shoots • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
