A stylish 4BR townhome in Tequesta on the Jupiter line, built for beach and golf days: a heated 20x40 community pool and hot tub, a game room, a rooftop terrace and a private 2 car driveway, 8 to 10 minutes from Jupiter Beach. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the terrace and in the shared outdoor areas. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Four bedrooms sleep 10: one room with two kings, one king, one full, and a bunk room for the kids, with three full bathrooms. The open living area runs a long sectional with orange armchairs, the white kitchen carries an island with stools, and the dining area sits by the kitchen for easy group meals. Washer and dryer in the home, lockbox self check-in. THE COMMUNITY The heated community pool and hot tub sit under the palms a short walk from the door, shared with the small townhome community. Up top, the unit's rooftop terrace with its pergola is the sunset spot. GOOD TO KNOW We manage several identical units here; your specific unit is assigned 24 hours before arrival, and layout, beds and amenities stay consistent while decor can vary slightly. A $500 additional deposit is collected before arrival per the host's standard terms. Do not change pool equipment settings; a $500 fine applies. Parking is limited to 2 cars in the private driveway, never on the grass or street. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming or photo shoots • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
