On the shore of North Lake in Hollywood's lake district, this renovated waterfront home looks straight across the water to the Intracoastal skyline, with a heated pool and hot tub on the patio, a pool table and foosball inside, and sunset aerial views your group will not stop photographing. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the patio, terrace and in the yard areas. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Bright, modern interiors run across two levels joined by a spiral staircase. The main living room pairs a plush L shaped sofa with a smart TV, the dining room seats 12 under a ring chandelier with the water in view, and the kitchen carries a big island with stools, stainless appliances and everything a group cook needs. Five full bathrooms serve the house, including a dramatic black herringbone ensuite. SLEEPING The bedrooms mix a king primary with a wall of windows, queen rooms (one with its own fireplace), a two bed canopy room, and a bunk room with a slide that kids claim instantly. Every room has a smart TV and hotel quality linen. Note: the host's own text describes six bedrooms; the draft carries the booking page count and the host is confirming the final count. GAME ROOM AND OUTSIDE The game area runs a pool table and foosball under a beamed wood ceiling. Outside, the travertine patio holds a covered sectional lounge, sun loungers and a grill beside the heated pool and hot tub, and the lawn rolls down to the North Lake shoreline. Pool heating is available for an additional fee; heaters may not run below 65 degrees outside. FOR YOUR SAFETY Exterior cameras monitor the front door, driveway and backyard, facing away from the interior, and stay on during your stay. THE NEIGHBORHOOD A quiet, patrolled lakefront neighborhood minutes from downtown Hollywood, the Broadwalk and the beach, with premier shopping and restaurants close by. Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming or photo shoots • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
