Recently renovated across two levels, this Mediterranean style Fort Lauderdale home is built for group time: a private pool and covered lounge patio out back, a garage game room with billiards and air hockey, a chef's kitchen with seating for ten, and six deluxe bedrooms so everyone gets real privacy too. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the patio, lanai and in the yard areas. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME The double height living room runs a big U shaped sectional under a 75 inch smart TV. The kitchen pairs rich wood cabinetry with stainless appliances, a long island with four bar chairs, and a dining table for 10 right beside it. Upstairs, a landing lounge overlooks the living room. SLEEPING Six bedrooms sleep 12: three kings (two with ensuite bath and shower combos), two queens, and one room with two queens, every room with a 50 inch smart TV, closet storage and hotel quality linen. There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom in the house. GAME ROOM The converted garage is a full arcade den: pool table, foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard and basketball hoops under neon accents. OUTSIDE The backyard is completely private, hedged and fenced. The pool sits beside the covered lanai, which holds a dining set and lounge seating, and the swing loungers by the water are the sunset seat. Pool heating is available for a small fee; external heaters may not operate when temperatures fall below 65 degrees. Do not change pool equipment settings; a $500 fine applies. Parking fits 4 vehicles in the driveway. PETS Pets are welcome. A $150 fee applies if you do not clean up after your pet; pets stay off the furniture and beds and are crated when left alone. THE NEIGHBORHOOD A quiet residential pocket of Fort Lauderdale, an easy drive to Las Olas, the beach and the airport. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming or photo shoots • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
