Built in the summer of 2023 in a four unit complex in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, this boho luxe 4BR townhome gives your group a private plunge pool, a rooftop terrace and design forward interiors, minutes from Las Olas and downtown. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the terrace, balcony and patio areas. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Four bedrooms sleep 10 across five beds, with three bathrooms including a primary ensuite with a freestanding soaking tub and double vanity. The open main level pairs a deep blue sectional living room with a granite island kitchen and a dining area that looks straight out to the pool. Laundry is in the home. OUTSIDE Your private plunge pool sits in a fenced yard off the main level sliders, and the rooftop terrace up top is made for sunset drinks. A balcony off the upper level catches the neighborhood view. Pool heaters may not operate when outside temperatures fall below 65 degrees. GOOD TO KNOW Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. The host collects an additional $500 security deposit before arrival, with another $500 for July 4th bookings, per the host's standard terms; the draft carries the sheet deposit. Furnishings can vary slightly from photos as items are updated. THE NEIGHBORHOOD A quiet residential pocket near parks and local conveniences, minutes from Las Olas Boulevard's restaurants and shops, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and the beach. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming or photo shoots • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
