A resort style single level retreat on Hollywood Boulevard: six bedrooms, marble floors, a fireplace living room, and a screened lanai where the heated pool and spa sit under string lights, minutes from Hollywood Beach. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the lanai and in the yard areas. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Six bedrooms sleep 12 across seven beds, with four bathrooms including a primary ensuite with a glass shower and freestanding soaking tub. The open plan main room runs a big sectional by the fireplace, a dining table for the group, and a sleek white kitchen with a waterfall island and bar seating. A dedicated workspace nook and smart TVs with Roku throughout. GAME ROOM AND LANAI The game room runs air hockey, a pool table and arcade machines. Outside, the screened lanai is the heart of the house: wicker lounge seating, a ping pong table by the water, the heated pool, and a raised spa with a fire feature for night soaks. Pool heating is optional; ask the host about the fee. THE NEIGHBORHOOD A quiet, desirable Hollywood neighborhood with a circular paver driveway (parking for up to 5 vehicles; street parking is subject to city towing rules), minutes from the beach, dining and shopping. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming or photo shoots • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
