One short block from Pompano Beach, this brand new (2022) 5BR townhome saves its best for the top: a private roof deck with a Jacuzzi, fire pit and loungers looking over the bay and the beach, two minutes' walk from the water. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the roof deck, balcony and outdoor areas. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Five bedrooms sleep 12 across three floors: three kings (two with ensuite baths), a two queen room, and a trundle room (queen plus single), with four bathrooms in total. The open main level runs a sun filled living room with a large flat screen TV, a high end kitchen with a long island, and dining for 8. Bright designer finishes and luxury linen throughout, plus a balcony off the upper level. THE ROOF DECK Turf underfoot, a glowing Jacuzzi, a fire pit, loungers and views both ways: bay on one side, Atlantic on the other. Sunrise coffee and sunset drinks both live up here. GOOD TO KNOW There is no pool at the home itself; guests have pool access at the motel next door. Parking is limited to 2 cars. Washer and dryer are in a common space. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The Beach neighborhood of Pompano Beach: the Fisher Family Pier, Indian Mound Park, restaurants and bars are all a short walk or a 3 minute drive. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming or photo shoots • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
