A 2021 build in a quiet Fort Lauderdale neighborhood, recently renovated into a bright, contemporary tropical retreat: big pool with a built-in hot tub, a half basketball court, a game room in bold primary colors, and an upper terrace made for long dinners over the water. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the terrace, by the pool and in the yard. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Five bedrooms sleep 12: designer kings, a floral wallpaper primary, a blush toned suite and a bunk room the kids will fight over, with three bathrooms. The open main level connects a lounge with a wall mounted TV, a sleek gray and white kitchen with a long island, and dining under the sliders. The garage is a full game room: pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard and foosball. OUTSIDE The pool runs the length of the yard with a raised built-in spa, loungers and bean bags on the lawn, and the basketball court right beside it. Upstairs, the covered terrace seats a full table above the pool, the best seat in the house at dusk. BBQ grill on hand; parking for up to 6 vehicles on site. THE NEIGHBORHOOD A peaceful residential pocket of Fort Lauderdale near schools, parks and small local spots, with the beach and Las Olas a short drive east. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • No commercial filming, photo shoots or other commercial activity • Pool heating is available for a small fee; pool heaters do not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65°F • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. Additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and July 4th stays, per the host's standard terms.
