A newly built luxury townhome (late 2022) one short block from Pompano Beach: designer interiors over three floors, a private heated pool, and a rooftop deck with a Jacuzzi, fire pit and views of both the bay and the beach, a 2 minute walk from the sand. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, on the roof deck, balcony and by the pool. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Five bedrooms sleep 12: three kings (two with ensuite baths), a two queen room, and a trundle room (queen plus twin), with four bathrooms. The open main level pairs a big living room and smart TV with a designer kitchen and a dining table that seats up to 12. Laundry is a shared washer and dryer setup. A balcony off the upper floor catches the breeze over the neighborhood. OUTSIDE Private heated pool with loungers at ground level, plus the rooftop: turf deck, glowing Jacuzzi, fire pit table, lounge seating and sunset views both ways. Parking for up to 2 vehicles. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The Beach neighborhood of Pompano Beach: the Fisher Family Pier, Indian Mound Park, restaurants, bars and shops all minutes away. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks. No commercial filming or video recording • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • Pool heating is available for an additional fee; pool heaters may not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65°F • The refundable damage deposit is held per the booking terms. An additional $1,000 security deposit may apply for local guests or last minute bookings, per the host's standard terms.
