A bright, renovated single level home in Hollywood's Beverly Park neighborhood: marble look tile throughout, a private pool wrapped by a covered lanai, and games built in for the whole group. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, by the pool, on the lanai and in the yard. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Three bedrooms sleep 8 on 4 beds, with 2 modern marble bathrooms. The open living space runs a big sectional, bold orange lounge chairs and a wall mounted TV, flowing into a dining area for 6 and a sleek two tone kitchen with marble counters. Laundry in the home with washer and dryer. OUTSIDE AND GAMES The covered lanai is the hangout: air hockey table, arcade basketball, a hammock and lounge seating beside the pool, plus a BBQ area for laid back afternoons. Please note the pool is not heated. Parking is limited to 2 cars. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Peaceful, sought after Beverly Park in Hollywood: minutes to Hollywood Beach, the Broadwalk, Gulfstream Park and Hard Rock, with FLL airport about 20 minutes away. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks. No commercial filming or video recording • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • Parking is limited to 2 cars • Please note the pool is not heated • An additional $500 security deposit is collected prior to arrival, and additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and 2 night bookings, per the host's standard terms. Security deposits cannot be paid by credit card
