A stylish, airy 4BR canal front home in Pompano Beach, minutes from Deerfield Beach: a sparkling kidney pool under the palms, a kids' playground, a sunroom lounge, and water views from the back yard. 420 AND WELLNESS POLICY (PLEASE READ) This is a wellness friendly home. Cannabis consumption is welcome OUTSIDE ONLY, by the pool, on the patio and in the yard. There is never any smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus the cost of any damaged furniture or linens. Thank you for respecting the home. THE HOME Four bedrooms sleep 8 on 5 beds (including a queen plus bunk room that kids love), with 2 modern bathrooms. The open main level pairs a green velvet living room and smart TV with a navy and white kitchen and dining for 6, and a separate sunroom lounge gives everyone a second place to spread out. Washer and dryer in the home, fast WiFi and AC throughout. OUTSIDE Fenced back yard on the canal: pool with loungers, BBQ grill and patio dining, a playground with slide and climbing wall, and a covered front porch for morning coffee. Please note the pool is not heated. Parking is limited to 2 cars, and an EV charger is available on site. THE NEIGHBORHOOD A short drive to Deerfield Beach's Blue Wave award winning sand and its 976 foot International Fishing Pier, Quiet Waters Park about 10 minutes by bike, FLL airport 30 to 35 minutes and PBI about 35 to 40. HOUSE RULES • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM • No parties or events, and no fireworks. No commercial filming or video recording • Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Maximum occupancy as listed; only registered guests may stay overnight • Primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid ID is required from all guests before arrival • Parking is limited to 2 cars (an EV car charger is available on site) • Please note the pool is not heated • A $500 security deposit is collected prior to arrival per the host's standard terms, and additional deposits can apply for local guests, bookings made within 7 days of arrival, and 2 night bookings. Security deposits cannot be paid by credit card
