420-FRIENDLY (OUTSIDE ONLY): This is a wellness-friendly Vibe where cannabis is welcome in the outdoor areas only (the pool deck, the balcony and the backyard). Smoking of any kind is NEVER allowed inside the home. A $750 fee applies for smoking inside, plus any costs for damaged furniture, and if the smell of smoke causes the next reservation to be cancelled, that stay's cost is the guest's responsibility. Please be respectful of neighbors and local laws at all times. A striking modern estate in Plantation, all white geometry and glass across roughly 8,000 square feet of gated green grounds. Nine bedrooms and 13 beds sleep the whole crew in style, from canopy primary suites with freestanding soaking tubs to two queen rooms, a kids' bunk room and bold patterned statement rooms. The backyard is a private resort: a long heated pool lined with loungers and a shaded cabana daybed, a raised deck with an outdoor sectional, and a big lawn with a playground for the kids. Inside, double height atrium living spaces, a chef's kitchen with a waterfall island, a formal dining room and a game room with a pool table and table tennis keep every hour of the day covered. Plantation sits in the middle of everything Broward: Sawgrass Mills and the Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood beaches are short drives, golf courses ring the neighborhood, and the Hard Rock and FLL airport are easy runs. GOOD TO KNOW: Pool heating is available for a small fee, and external pool heaters do not function when outdoor temperatures drop below 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Parking is available on site for up to 6 vehicles. HOUSE RULES AND DEPOSIT: Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM, with a 3 night minimum. The refundable damage deposit for this home is $1,500, due before arrival. Local resident bookings and bookings made within 7 days of arrival require an additional deposit of $1,000, July 4th holiday bookings require an additional $500 deposit, and 2 night bookings require an additional deposit as well. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and valid photo ID for all guests is required before arrival. Occupancy is strictly capped at 8 adults (ages 13 and over) plus up to 4 children under 13, per the host's terms, and no unregistered guests are allowed. Parties, events and fireworks are strictly prohibited, and commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are not permitted on the premises. Quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM.
