BUILDING AMENITIES 75-ft rooftop lap pool, rooftop movie theater, world-class fitness center, sunset jacuzzi, ground-floor bistro and bar, rooftop greenhouse, 24/7 valet parking, and co-working plus boardrooms. GETTING AROUND Brightline train station (3 min walk), Kaseya Center for Heat games and concerts (10 min walk), Bayside Marketplace (12 min walk), Wynwood (5 min drive), Brickell City Centre (8 min drive), Miami Beach (15 min drive), and Miami International Airport. HOUSE RULES Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern, with a 1-night minimum stay. No parties or events. A one-time cleaning fee of $136 applies per stay.
