The 420 house rules: cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, on the balcony and in designated outdoor areas including the rooftop terrace. Never inside the unit. Quiet hours, building policies, and Florida law apply at all times. Discover this modern and well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment on the 37th floor, designed for both comfort and function. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed.
