SKY OASIS 420 POLICY: PLEASE READ This 35th-floor Downtown Miami residence is a 420 friendly vacation rental in Miami, and this cannabis-friendly condo welcomes responsible adults. The 420 house rules: cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, on the balcony and in designated outdoor areas including the rooftop terrace. Never inside the unit. Quiet hours, building policies, and Florida law apply at all times. This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment offers the perfect combination of space and comfort in the heart of Downtown Miami. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes comfortable bedding for additional guests. A fully equipped open-concept kitchen connects seamlessly to the dining and living areas. The unit is equipped with central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. RESORT AMENITIES Resort-style swimming pool, rooftop terrace with bar and social lounge, and a fully equipped fitness center. PARKING INFORMATION One complimentary parking space is available at the Miami Parking Authority Courthouse Garage. To maintain free parking access, the vehicle must exit and re-enter the garage at least once every 24 hours. Additional parking spaces are available for $15 per day, per vehicle. PLEASE NOTE There are no daily resort fees. Unit access is provided via key fobs. Lost or non-returned key fobs will result in a $50 fee plus an administrative charge. HOUSE RULES Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern. No parties or events. A one-time cleaning fee of $150 applies per stay. The security deposit is $0. Cancellation is Firm: full refund until 30 days before check-in, partial refund after that.
