The 420 house rules: cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, on the private balcony and in designated outdoor areas. Never inside the unit. Quiet hours, building policies, and Florida law apply at all times. Experience the best of Downtown Miami in this modern and comfortable studio apartment, perfectly designed for couples or solo travelers. The space features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area with a large bed and a sofa bed for up to 4 guests. You will find a washer and dryer for added comfort, plus a spacious closet for storage. Step out onto your private balcony to take in the Miami vibe and skyline views. Located in the heart of Downtown, you will be just steps away from top attractions, restaurants, and shops, with easy access to Brickell, the Brightline station, and the causeways to Miami Beach. There are no daily fees, and the building does not offer on-site parking. You must provide your ID to register at the front desk. HOUSE RULES Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern. No parties or events. A one-time cleaning fee of $138 applies per stay. The security deposit is $0. Cancellation is Flexible: full refund until 24 hours before check-in.
