COASTAL BREEZE 420 POLICY: PLEASE READ This Hollywood beachfront villa is a 420 friendly vacation rental in Miami, and this cannabis-friendly condo welcomes responsible adults. The 420 house rules: cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, on the balcony, patio, and in designated outdoor resort areas. Never inside the unit. Quiet hours, resort policies, and Florida law apply at all times. Wake up to breathtaking ocean views and experience a stay designed for comfort, relaxation, and elevated coastal living. The primary suite features a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, and a serene atmosphere perfect for rest. A second full bathroom with a modern glass shower adds comfort and convenience, while the fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy. Guest capacity: comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. THE VIBESBNB EXPERIENCE More than a stay, this is a wellness-friendly hospitality experience designed for conscious travelers. Guests can enjoy: oceanfront terrace pool, beachfront dining experiences, wellness-inspired beachfront atmosphere, complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, and towels, 24-hour fitness center, access to resort lounges and relaxation areas, high-speed wireless internet, business center access, and pool cabanas and chaise lounges (subject to availability). IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION Please note that your reservation is managed through Ammos Vacation Rentals. Resort fees are collected directly by Lyfe Resort and Residences upon arrival: $40 per day for stays between 1 to 14 nights; $35 per day for stays between 15 to 29 nights; $30 per day for stays of 30+ nights. Parking fees: $35 per day for stays between 1 to 7 days; $30 per day for stays of 8+ days; $650 per month. Security deposits: Ammos Vacation Rentals requires a refundable $250 security deposit per stay; the resort also requires a separate deposit. Pet policy: pets are welcome upon approval; if accepted, a $100 pet deposit applies. HOUSE RULES Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern. No parties or events. A one-time cleaning fee of $150 applies per stay. The security deposit is $0 (note: Ammos and the resort require separate deposits as above). Cancellation is Flexible: full refund until 24 hours before check-in.
