Resort fees: 1 to 14 days at $40 per day plus tax; 15 to 29 days at $35 per day plus tax; 30+ days at $30 per day plus tax. Parking: 1 to 7 days at $35 per day plus tax; 8+ days at $30 per day plus tax; 3 hours at $20 plus tax; additional hours at $8 per hour plus tax; monthly rate (30+ days) at $650 plus tax. A $250 security deposit hold is required per stay.
HOUSE RULES Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern. No parties or events. A one-time cleaning fee of $150 applies per stay. The security deposit is $0 (note: the resort requires a separate $250 hold as above). Cancellation is Flexible: full refund until 24 hours before check-in.
