BRICKELL 420 POLICY: PLEASE READ FIRST This 30th-floor Brickell residence is a 420 friendly vacation rental in Miami, and this cannabis-friendly condo welcomes responsible adults. The 420 rules: cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, on the balcony and in designated outdoor areas. Never inside the unit. Quiet hours and Icon Brickell building policies apply at all times, and all guests must follow Florida law. Welcome to your stylish escape at the iconic Icon Brickell. This high-rise retreat offers stunning city views and a sleek interior with a king bed and sofa bed. Located on the 30th floor of the exclusive Icon Brickell building, the condo offers high-speed WiFi. Guests enjoy access to a world-class spa, hot tub, and gym, as well as four on-site restaurants. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE POOL AND CONSTRUCTION The swimming pool is currently under renovation. At this time, it is open only on weekends. Additionally, construction is ongoing, so there may be noise and people working in the lobby. GUEST REQUIREMENTS AND FEES All guests must submit valid IDs before arrival (no check-in otherwise). Check-ins after 10 pm incur a $25 fee; after 12 am the fee is $75. Parking is not included. Valet at Icon: $11 for 0 to 1 hr, $19 for 1 to 4 hrs, $24 for 4 to 10 hrs, $34 for 10 to 24 hrs, no re-entry. Valet at W Hotel (next door): $42 overnight, no re-entry. Metered parking is available 1 to 3 blocks away. The 701 Brickell garage (2 blocks away) offers $15 overnight parking from 6 pm to 7 am. HOUSE RULES Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern. No parties or events. A one-time cleaning fee of $125 applies per stay. The security deposit is $0. Cancellation is Firm: full refund until 30 days before check-in, partial refund after that.
