THE UNIT features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6: an open-concept living room with large TV, dedicated workspace with fast reliable WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and dining area, in-unit washer and dryer, private balcony with direct ocean views, self check-in for smooth arrival, and central air conditioning and heating. BUILDING AND RESORT HIGHLIGHTS Direct beach access with a walk straight onto the sand, resort-style swimming pool and modern fitness center, true waterfront location on the ocean, elevator access to all floors, and 24-hour building security. HOUSE RULES AND FEES Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern. No parties or events. A one-time cleaning fee of $125 applies per stay. The security deposit is $0. No extra-guest fees; occupancy is limited to the listed capacity of 6. Cancellation is Firm with a full refund until 30 days before check-in. All bookings are request-based.
