The 420 rules are strict: cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, on the two private terraces and in outdoor areas. Never inside the unit. Quiet hours, Hyde Beach building policies, and Florida law apply at all times. Note: the terraces are high-rise open-air spaces; guests with a fear of heights should take care, and children must be supervised. Escape to our 43rd-floor penthouse sanctuary in the heart of Hollywood Beach, Florida: a two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence with panoramic ocean and city vistas. This 2BR/2BA sleeps 4 guests: a king-sized master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom and wake-up-to-the-ocean views, plus a second bedroom ideal for kids or friends. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light. Step onto TWO private terraces for sunrise coffee and sunset views. The fully equipped modern kitchen has full-size appliances, plus in-unit washer and dryer, dedicated workspace with high-speed wireless internet, and central air conditioning and heating. BUILDING HIGHLIGHTS AND RESORT PRIVILEGES Your stay includes premium Hyde Beach resort privileges: direct beach access with 2 premium beach chairs, umbrella, and 4 beach towels included; a 6th-floor pool with lounge chairs and poolside towels; a state-of-the-art 24/7 fitness center; elevator building with professional front-desk welcome and electronic key entry; and building staff available 24/7. Paid parking is available in the building garage (not included; message us for current garage rates before arrival). HOUSE RULES AND FEES Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern, with a 2-night minimum stay. Self check-in with electronic key follows a warm front-desk welcome and property orientation. Parties or events are not allowed. A one-time cleaning fee of $125 applies per stay (not per night). The security deposit is $0. No extra-guest fees; your stay covers up to 4 guests. Cancellation is Firm: full refund until 30 days before check-in, partial refund after that. Early check-in or late check-out are not guaranteed; message us and we will do our best.
