PLEASE READ: 420-FRIENDLY RULES FOR THIS UNIT This Hollywood Beach residence is a 420 friendly vacation rental in Miami, and this cannabis-friendly condo welcomes responsible adults. Our 420 policy is strict and simple: cannabis consumption is allowed outside only, on the balcony and in outdoor areas. Never inside the unit, not even once. Quiet hours, building policies, and Florida law apply at all times. Children must be supervised on the balcony. Unwind in this luminous two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence in the heart of Hollywood Beach, Florida, with amazing ocean and intracoastal views. This 2BR/2BA sleeps 6 guests in comfort: a master bedroom with water views, luminous living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, dedicated workspace with high-speed wireless internet, central air conditioning and heating, and an elevator building with high ceilings and a spacious layout. BUILDING HIGHLIGHTS (HYDE BEACH HOUSE) Direct beach access with ocean views, a 6th-floor pool with lounge chairs and poolside towels, a 24-hour fitness center, and an elevator building with a professional front desk. MANDATORY HYDE BEACH HOUSE FEES (PAID SEPARATELY, NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY) The building charges mandatory fees at check-in: a resort amenity fee of $40 plus tax per day per apartment (includes 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 4 beach towels), valet parking at $42 plus tax per day per car, and a $250 security deposit HOLD per stay (authorization hold, not a charge; no cash accepted). Discounted rates may be available for 7+ night stays; message us for details. Credit card AND photo ID must match the name on the reservation, no exceptions. HOUSE RULES AND VIBESBNB FEES Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out at 11:00 AM Eastern, with self check-in available and building staff on site. Parties or events are not allowed. A one-time cleaning fee of $125 applies per stay (not per night). The VibesBNB security deposit is $0, though the building requires a separate $250 hold as noted above. No extra-guest fees; your stay covers up to 6 guests. Cancellation is Firm: full refund until 30 days before check-in, partial refund after that.
